Responsibilities
- Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.
- Assist in designing software configuration and customization for business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams as a subject matter expert.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and provide stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and practices.
- Experience with software customization and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
