Responsibilities
- Showcase the value of Deel’s Global Payroll Platform to deliver technical wins.
- Consult with prospective customers to assess and optimize their payroll practices.
- Act as the technical voice during sales cycles, owning solution discovery and platform demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs.
- Challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on global payroll legislation and best practices.
- Support Partnership and Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant.
- Previous experience in a Global Payroll or HCM organization.
- Understanding of HCM and ERP payroll-based integration, especially Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
- Outstanding presentation skills with a focus on value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent level of Dutch is a plus.
