Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform.
- Automate deployment and configuration of applications across GCP and AWS.
- Build and maintain automation scripts in Python and Shell/Bash.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Implement security controls across CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage configuration management for application environments.
- Create documentation for deployment processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance developer productivity.
- Mentor development teams on DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or software engineering.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell/Bash.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Git workflows.
- Experience implementing security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong written communication skills for producing clear documentation.
- A pragmatic, learner’s mindset for balancing quick wins with long-term architecture.
