Base Salary
$245k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the architecture of the Identity platform.
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and performant.
- Lead teams to deliver on multiple projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build an operational center of excellence focused on observability and quality.
- Partner with senior engineering managers and product leaders to prioritize work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and drive initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and help develop the next level of engineering leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong experience with identity management standards (e.g., SAML, SCIM, SSO, oAuth, FIDO).
- 10+ years of hands-on coding experience with common programming languages.
- 10+ years of engineering experience building end-to-end back-end services.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects with business impact.
- Exceptional problem-solving, design, and analytical skills.
- Experience designing highly scalable systems.
- A sense of humor.
