Responsibilities
- Build features across the Python/FastAPI backend and Next.js frontend.
- Work on core backend services, AI platform, and data pipeline services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
- Implement best practices to enhance the engineering team's development experience.
- Optimize frontend and backend applications for performance.
- Stay updated with trends in full stack development and contribute ideas.
- Identify and address technical debt to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in solving critical production issues across services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Full Stack and API development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with TypeScript preferred.
- Experience with React (Next.js), TailwindCSS, and state management libraries.
- Strong working experience with SQL and Python in production.
- Demonstrated product ownership from ideation to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
