Responsibilities
- Enhance the team's capacity to deliver assigned stories by the end of the sprint.
- Cultivate camaraderie and ensure core values are upheld within the project team.
- Develop features requiring novel technical designs and mentor junior developers.
- Document plans to anticipate risks and blockers to increase team velocity.
- Serve as a technical SME, managing pipelines and overseeing key deliverables.
- Present technical demos during sprint review meetings.
Requirements
- Demonstrable proficiency in building user interfaces, REST APIs, and administering databases/cloud/servers.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React, and server-side applications using Node.js.
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders and articulating technical and business value.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring through collaboration and code reviews.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
