Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production LLM-backed AI agents for intent filtering, lead grading, enrichment, contract parsing, and competitive monitoring.
- Design and deploy multi-system integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite, and advertising platforms.
- Own assigned automation builds end to end, including scoping, shipping, documentation, monitoring, and post-launch reliability.
- Inventory existing automations, document data flows and failure points, and migrate or retire workflows for Salesforce cutover.
- Implement alerting, error triage, and recovery processes for production automations.
- Discover and document business processes with AEs, AMs, CSMs, Implementation, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Measure automation impact through process baselines, usage, and hours returned.
- Collect user feedback and improve adoption and workflow usability with Revenue Enablement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, systems, or automation with real build ownership.
- Hands-on CRM experience with workflows, properties, custom objects, list logic, lifecycle stages, and CRM data quality; HubSpot or Salesforce experience required, with both strongly preferred.
- Experience with at least one automation platform such as Make.com, Zapier, Workato, or n8n, including branching, error handling, and API calls.
- Experience building with LLMs, including prompt design, structured outputs, tool use, and handling model errors.
- Ability to test edge cases and validate automation results rigorously.
- Comfort working across multi-system data environments involving CRM, financial, support, and product data.
- Clear written communication and ability to explain builds to nontechnical users.
- Fluency in English at C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Salesforce, Codex, Zoho Desk, NetSuite, Stripe, or Coefficient is a plus.
- Healthcare or other regulated-data experience, including PHI handling, is a plus.
