Responsibilities
- Architect complex agentic AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and secure while providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop autonomous, adaptable, and coordinated multi-agent AI systems.
- Build and manage vector database pipelines for storing, retrieving, and processing high-dimensional data.
- Monitor and optimize production agentic AI systems for performance, latency, drift, bias, and decision-making accuracy.
- Develop responsive user interfaces for agentic AI applications using Chainlit, Streamlit, and, when needed, React.
- Implement ethical AI safeguards for bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, MLOps engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, documented code and support version control, scalability, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including 2–3 years focused on AI/ML or agentic AI systems.
- Experience architecting complex software solutions, leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and driving a unified technical vision.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Crew AI, Agent Development Kit, and N8N for autonomous AI agent development and orchestration.
- At least 1–2 years of experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- At least 6 months of experience with monitoring tools such as Langtrace, Agent Ops, and LangSmith.
- Experience building user interfaces with Chainlit and Streamlit; React and modern JavaScript framework knowledge is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts including reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and model deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Kubeflow and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles, bias detection, explainability, and regulatory compliance such as GDPR or AI-specific standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
