Responsibilities
- Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs and define development goals.
- Develop end-to-end solutions and customized applications within the Salesforce platform.
- Design, code, implement, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Create project timelines and development goals.
- Maintain application security and integrity.
- Stay current with new technologies and guide the team in adopting them.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering significant Salesforce customizations and configuring Sales Cloud functional areas.
- Hands-on development experience with Force.com, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, including custom objects, junction objects, relationships, and related components.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, maintainable code, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schemas.
- Ability to independently design, develop, debug, and deliver Salesforce solutions as a strong individual contributor.
- Recent active coding experience and willingness to complete practical coding and problem-solving during the technical interview.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, research, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
