Responsibilities
- Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs and develop end-to-end customer solutions.
- Design, code, implement, configure, and customize Salesforce applications across Salesforce clouds.
- Create development timelines and goals, test application stability and functionality, and troubleshoot and fix bugs.
- Maintain the security and integrity of application software.
- Stay current with new technologies and guide the team in adopting them.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering significant Salesforce customizations and working with the Force.com technical platform.
- Experience with Apex, triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce data models, custom objects, junction objects, and related model items.
- Knowledge of the Lightning platform and Salesforce design and development best practices.
- Understanding of object-oriented development, design patterns, clean maintainable code, SQL, data structures, data modeling, and database schemas.
- Experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud functional areas.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
