Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, scalable, reusable code using sound software architecture and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and risk subject-matter experts to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Own software features from design and implementation through test automation and delivery.
- Develop unit tests and automated test coverage and participate in code reviews.
- Apply secure-by-design principles covering data privacy, access controls, prompt injection, and data leakage.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proficiency in JavaScript and at least one object-oriented programming language; Java is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web services.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Knowledge of evaluating AI output quality through test sets, accuracy and hallucination monitoring, and prompt or model regression testing.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts; hands-on experience with LLMs or AI APIs is a plus.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for translating risk subject-matter requirements into technical designs and explaining AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
