Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of software applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems and oversee implementation of development best practices.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and application specifications.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Python programming and software development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
