Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise web applications.
- Implement integrations between cloud systems and on-premises applications.
- Define and implement software development best practices, frameworks, coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
- Identify risks and conduct mitigation action planning.
- Apply performance engineering, transaction management, and capacity planning considerations to coding and design.
- Collaborate across practices and lines of business by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Work with global time-zone teams and flexible delivery schedules.
- Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance.
- Support requirements gathering, analysis and design, build, deployment, testing, and production support activities.
Requirements
- Experienced professional with core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Python experience.
- Experience with secure coding, software development lifecycle practices, API development, and clean code management.
- Strong knowledge of data handling, generative AI, and LLMs.
- Minimum experience delivering two end-to-end enterprise web application design and development projects.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Splunk, Kubernetes, AppDynamics, Ansible, and Git for environment requirements.
- Experience across Agile and software development lifecycle phases is preferred.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
