Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related technologies.
- Implement and manage Docker containers, Docker Hub, and container registries for deployment and scalability.
- Use Mockito and JUnit for unit testing and code reliability.
- Manage GitHub repositories and version control.
- Configure API gateways and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Use Netflix Hystrix for fault tolerance and Eureka for service discovery.
- Implement logging with Apache Log4j and administer Docker environments.
- Use JSON Web Tokens, Redis, and EHCache for secure transmission and caching.
- Manage build and dependency processes with Gradle and Maven.
- Integrate systems using Spring Integration and develop REST APIs and SOAP services.
- Use Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA for development and debugging.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver projects.
- Participate in code reviews, document technical specifications, and provide knowledge transfer.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Requires 10 to 12 years of experience.
- Requires extensive experience with Docker, Mockito, GitHub, Docker Hub, Container Registry, API Gateway, authentication and authorization, Netflix Hystrix, Eureka, Apache Log4j, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Docker Administration, JSON Web Token, Redis, Gradle, EHCache, Spring Integration, Java, JSON, Spring MVC, Spring Core, REST API, JUnit, Spring Framework, SOAP, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and Maven.
- Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.
- Requires strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and mentor junior developers.
- Requires understanding of the software development lifecycle, best practices, and commitment to quality and continuous learning.
