Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while preserving compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Develop and optimize SAP custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP for HANA.
- Manage software releases and troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make technical decisions, and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead application performance and user-experience process improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Experience with SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Experience developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP application issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
