Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications requested through the ACC Virtual Service Center.
- Build Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Administer and maintain business automation and data visualization platforms for performance, security, and availability.
- Provide technical guidance, recommendations, requirements, user stories, mockups, process improvements, and data flows.
- Integrate workflows and business logic within enterprise environments and ensure compliance with ACC governance frameworks.
- Lead solution implementation, documentation, training coordination, troubleshooting, and support ticket resolution.
- Prepare technical and non-technical documentation and support application production environments using cloud or on-premises solutions.
- Collaborate with government, contractor, commercial platform, end-user, SME, DBA, and principal developer stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical communities of practice and the ACC platform modernization roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of application development experience.
- Experience supporting web and server-oriented application development and code review.
- Experience contributing to the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience designing solutions, breaking down tasks, and researching ambiguous requirements.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to development and program leadership.
- Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps project delivery.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, or computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, full-stack development, C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, Python, CSS, TypeScript, HTML, GitLab, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, cloud deployment, production troubleshooting, documentation, Vantage, data conversion, and Army 365 or DoD experience.
- Power Platform or related Microsoft certification, such as PL-100 or PL-400, and Security+ are preferred.
