Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable code and architecture improvements.
- Take ownership of complex projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve technical issues.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and code reviews to maximize code quality.
- Mentor other developers and guide key stakeholders on execution choices.
- Document system design and architecture for maintainability.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotating schedule if applicable.
Requirements
- 10 - 12 years of experience in object-oriented programming.
- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven expertise in design and architecture with experience in Python and Google Cloud technologies.
- Expert knowledge of SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL.
- Proficiency in Git and front-end languages/frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentorship.
