Responsibilities
- Lead customer dialogues and workshops to identify concrete AI opportunities.
- Design and develop LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with customers’ existing systems and processes.
- Take solutions from prototype to production, including responsibility for architecture, security, operations, and follow-up.
- Guide development teams on architecture, quality, and technical decisions.
- Contribute to shared AI practices and communicate lessons learned from customer assignments.
Requirements
- Substantial experience building AI solutions used in production.
- Strong Python and backend-development experience.
- Experience with LLM-based applications and RAG.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Experience deploying and further developing AI solutions using technologies such as containers, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Ability to make technical decisions in complex environments and explain them to people with different backgrounds.
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.
- Swedish citizenship is required.
- Experience with data platforms and assignments involving high security or information-management requirements is advantageous.
