Responsibilities
- Develop solution architectures for modern platforms, integration landscapes, and cloud or hybrid environments.
- Drive technical choices and architecture decisions with business, development, operations, and security stakeholders.
- Design sustainable, scalable, and maintainable solutions involving integration, automation, and platform technologies.
- Lead workshops, requirements discussions, and technical forums in complex customer environments.
- Document target architectures, integration flows, dependencies, and technical decisions.
- Contribute to modernization, migration, and major transformation initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet long-term requirements for security, operability, and adaptability.
- Act as a technical bridge between strategy, architecture, development, operations, and delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or a senior technical role with responsibility for design, technical decisions, and end-to-end perspective.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments and understanding both technical details and broader business objectives.
- Strong technical foundation, communication skills, and experience driving solution work with customers and teams.
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Experience in several of the following areas: solution architecture, cloud and hybrid environments, modern platforms, integrations, APIs, infrastructure, platform technology, development-adjacent environments, security-aware architecture, IAM, networking, compliance, workshop facilitation, requirements dialogue, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with agile ways of working and collaboration across business, development, and operations.
- Additional valuable experience includes Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, SAP, ITIL, ITSM, architecture frameworks, information security, governance, regulatory requirements, consulting, advisory work, or presales.
- Must be able to undergo a background check; Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the assignment.
