Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, integrate, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert who collaborates with and manages the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide software solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of software development and deployment best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 12 years of experience with Kinaxis.
- Proficiency in Kinaxis is required.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Skill in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Experience integrating software components and third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
