Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities for improving workflows.
- Conduct discovery sessions to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and rollout.
- Utilize agentic coding tools for development.
- Make engineering trade-offs to balance speed, reliability, and security.
- Own deployed tools through adoption and provide post-launch support.
- Produce documentation and conduct user training to drive adoption.
- Contribute reusable components and learnings back to AI teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in shipping production software end to end.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications.
- Full-stack engineering capability across data, services, and user interfaces.
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Augment.
- Experience deploying applications on a major cloud provider.
- Knowledge of application security practices for sensitive data.
- Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize features.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
