Responsibilities

Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating them into configurations.
Lead detailed business discovery to develop recommendations for effective delivery approaches.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
Maintain stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and collaboration.
Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
Lead customer change management strategies and support user readiness.
Travel to customer sites for meetings and presentations as needed.

Post-secondary education in business or technology-related field preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Previous experience in software configuration or implementation preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and quality validation process adherence.
Consulting experience in workflow analysis and operational excellence.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and on time.
2-4+ years in a software implementation role, with healthcare market experience preferred.
