Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, and end-to-end integration of KYC workflow automation and ETL/data-processing platforms.
- Architect and configure Pega case management, decision tables, SLAs, business rules, UI integrations, flows, data pages, connectors, and security profiles.
- Design and optimize Ab Initio graphs, plans, components, multi-file systems, vector manipulation, parameter sets, and high-throughput processing workflows.
- Translate KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, beneficial-ownership, sanctions, and PEP-screening requirements into auditable technical specifications and automated workflows.
- Ensure data governance, lineage, audit trails, security controls, vulnerability remediation, and regulatory compliance.
- Modernize legacy ETL workflows and data pipelines using distributed data-processing technologies.
- Promote modular design, test automation, CI/CD integration, code reviews, performance tuning, and coding standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and technical leads and provide technical direction.
- Collaborate with compliance, product, QA, infrastructure, operations, and technical stakeholders through design reviews, UAT, and production rollouts.
- Assess and escalate control, compliance, and operational risks in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development and integration experience in enterprise financial services or banking environments.
- Extensive experience with Pega PRPC version 8.x or higher, including Case Management, Flows, Flow Actions, Data Pages, REST/SOAP integration services, Activities, SLA rules, and Security Profiles.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Ab Initio GDE, Co>Operating System, Conduct>It, and EME, including complex graphs, multi-file systems, vector manipulation, parameter sets, and performance optimization.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
- Strong functional knowledge of KYC, AML, client onboarding, regulatory compliance, identity resolution, risk scoring, and adverse-media screening.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Pega CSSA or CLSA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with Python, PySpark, Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, or Kafka for large-scale distributed data processing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker is advantageous.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Tekton, or Harness is advantageous.
- Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, RESTful APIs, and microservices is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership abilities.
