Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope and success criteria.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models and process analyses.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
- Lead value creation workshops to improve process inefficiencies.
- Train customer users to ensure independent use of the solution.
- Document solution design decisions for future reference.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
- Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling and process analysis.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and experience in prompt or context engineering.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver outcomes amidst ambiguity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a value-driven orientation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%.
