Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers from discovery through go-live, adoption, and handover.
- Conduct business discovery and value-creation workshops and translate customer objectives into use cases, specifications, scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
- Direct Apollo and other AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, dashboards, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights, then validate and refine their outputs.
- Configure data connectivity, extraction pipelines, transformations, process analyses, KPIs, automations, and operational solutions on the Celonis platform.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, define measures for improvement, and quantify customer business impact.
- Train and enable customer users, document solution decisions and configurations, and support sustainable adoption.
- Develop expertise in process domains or industries and create scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations while collaborating with customer stakeholders and internal Product and Business Apps teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
- Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions involving data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
- Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with the ability to specify, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs.
- Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
- Deep enterprise business-process and financial-metrics expertise, with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable preferred.
- Strong customer consulting, workshop facilitation, presentation, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer requirements and project delivery phases.
