Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Dev Mode, Figma’s MCP tools, and Make for developer/design collaboration.
- Build new 0→1 products in the agentic coding space.
- Develop user-facing LLM and agentic product features.
- Curate evaluation sets and use LLMs as judges.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data, and research teams.
- Mentor peers, receive mentorship, and contribute to Figma’s engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale, high-impact engineering projects.
- Experience building user-facing LLM and agentic product features.
- Experience curating evaluation sets and using LLMs as judges.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship with a focus on user impact.
- Preferred: experience driving cross-functional projects across Product, Design, Data, and Research.
- Preferred: experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer.
- Preferred: strong fluency with React and TypeScript.
- Preferred: experience training or fine-tuning LLMs.
