Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technical discovery and design technical strategies for complex enterprise evaluations.
- Build functional applications live during executive meetings and lead proofs of value, hackathons, and trials.
- Write and deploy Model Context Protocol servers to connect Replit Agents with customer-specific data.
- Configure workspace policies and AI governance templates for data safety, compliance, and CISO approval.
- Lead infrastructure reviews for single-tenant and VPC deployments.
- Lead technical kickoffs and establish production-ready SSO, SCIM provisioning, guardrails, and security configurations.
- Run technical onboarding, training sessions, and workshops for technical and non-technical customer teams.
- Build customer-tailored design systems and starter templates to accelerate internal development.
- Drive adoption and viral growth by enabling technical stakeholders and identifying blockers proactively.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify and technically validate expansion opportunities.
- Co-lead quarterly business reviews focused on delivered business value and roadmap alignment.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Experience working with enterprise prospects and customers to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal, including translating business requirements into technical architecture.
- Strong Replit product knowledge, ideally including experience building Replit applications.
- Ability to run proofs of concept, onboarding sessions, workshops, and live application demonstrations for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to read and write code in JavaScript, Python, or a similar language, with understanding of APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud architecture.
- Ability to debug code, configure SSO, and understand cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools, AI evaluation patterns, and context management is a plus.
- Background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or SRE is a plus.
- Relevant military technology experience is counted as background and experience.
- Comfort with significant customer travel, including up to 25% required and an expectation of 30% or more.
