Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components across systems.
- Use Workday Studio to build and maintain software solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team performance, and make team and cross-team decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for application development efforts.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve development processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio is mandatory.
- Experience with Workday Core Integrations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory certification in the primary skill is required.
