Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement highly available and fault-tolerant video streaming and inference systems.
- Create and maintain scalable Kubernetes container infrastructure and clusters.
- Enhance continuous integration and delivery systems, monitoring, alerting, health checks, and troubleshooting processes.
- Implement Kubernetes resources, Helm-based deployments, multi-container pods, custom resource definitions, and deployment strategies such as blue/green, canary, and rolling updates.
- Develop production-grade Python backend services and integrate databases and streaming pipelines.
- Work with video streaming, image processing, machine learning research, and production MLOps efforts.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in platform, DevOps, Kubernetes, and backend engineering.
- Expertise in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes clusters, Kubernetes resources, Helm Charts, container logs, probes, health checks, and distributed-system design patterns.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD implementation skills, including deployment strategies and rolling updates.
- Strong Python fundamentals, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, multiprocess architecture, and production-grade coding experience.
- Experience with Flask, Gunicorn, Redis, Kafka, Git, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of video streaming and image processing with GStreamer, FFmpeg, and OpenCV is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud services and hybrid cloud environments is preferred.
- CKAD certification is identified as a relevant certification.
