Responsibilities
- Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.
- Identify recurring manual processes and automate them proactively.
- Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end internal solutions using AI coding tools.
- Develop projects including reporting automations and internal sales tools.
- Prioritize work that quickly unblocks teams and communicate trade-offs.
- Document solutions for teammate adoption and maintenance.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
- Evidence of independently delivering working software with AI coding tools.
- Experience automating recurring workflows through code.
- Experience taking internal tools or automations from scoping through testing and release.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and collaborating with multiple teams or stakeholders.
- Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
