Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and cluster solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Develop technical specifications, implementation plans, and scalable designs with internal engineering and technology teams.
- Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Provide deep technical expertise during sales cycles and support RFP, proposal, and service-contract closure.
- Identify platform capability gaps that affect service delivery.
- Understand customer AI requirements, training and inference workloads, and business objectives.
- Develop SLAs with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Advise customers on AI infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies.
- Present complex technical concepts to technical, non-technical, and C-level stakeholders.
- Lead AI infrastructure projects from conceptualization through implementation.
- Guide customers through AI solution deployment, integration, and infrastructure optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI solution integration.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for Firmus AI solutions with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working in IT infrastructure, including at least 3+ years focused on AI or high-performance computing systems.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing AI infrastructure solutions.
- Deep understanding of high-performance computing and AI workloads.
- Proficiency architecting solutions with NVIDIA InfiniBand, Spectrum Ethernet Platform, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and C++, with familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong experience with cloud architectures and services, particularly GPU-accelerated computing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable and sustainable AI solutions and delivering customer engagements, projects, and implementations.
