Own the architecture, implementation, and technical direction of Firmus Technologies’ observability platform across AI factories, cloud regions, and customer environments. This hands-on principal role will scale telemetry, topology, alerting, and health systems across hundreds of thousands of GPUs while leading cross-team engineering standards.

Lead the definition and implementation of observability standards for large-scale GPU infrastructure powering customer and internal AI workloads. This role turns complex GPU, host, thermal, power, and network signals into trusted diagnostics, dashboards, alerts, and operational guidance.

Build and improve automation tools that commission large-scale AI infrastructure from initial power-on through testing, benchmarking, and operational handover. This role combines software development, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and hardware integration across GPU, network, and storage platforms.

Own and evolve the database reliability platform powering Firmus AI Cloud and internal services across bare-metal, self-hosted, and cloud infrastructure. You will build automation and self-service capabilities while driving database performance, recovery, security, and operational excellence.
