Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity.
- Deliver software solutions to live production systems individually and collaboratively.
- Support and maintain custom software features, including occasional on-call or emergency support.
- Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
- Assist and mentor teammates by providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Apply accessibility guidelines across product, design, and engineering to support inclusive user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an advanced degree without experience.
- At least two years of relevant software development experience unless qualifying through the advanced-degree alternative.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with web development experience.
- Knowledge of the full software development life cycle and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience contributing in an Agile development environment.
- Availability for occasional on-call or emergency support and flexible work scheduling.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
