Responsibilities
- Build and operate identity lifecycle automation, access governance and reviews, SSO and SCIM application onboarding, phishing-resistant MFA, and conditional access.
- Own enterprise security program operations, including system availability, fleet coverage, vulnerability remediation metrics, access-review completion, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and harden the endpoint fleet through centralized device management, baseline configuration, patching, compliance enforcement, and configuration-as-code.
- Operate endpoint detection and protection and reduce enterprise vulnerability exposure while maintaining engineering velocity.
- Build automation and AI agents for access reviews, employee onboarding and offboarding, drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with detection and response teams to provide endpoint and identity telemetry and support incident response.
- Establish secure-by-default standards for SaaS onboarding, enterprise tooling, and employee AI tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-focused IT or security engineering roles at fast-paced technology companies.
- Hands-on Okta expertise building lifecycle management, SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, and API-driven automation.
- Experience applying phishing-resistant authentication, conditional access, and least privilege at scale.
- Experience managing endpoints at scale with Jamf, including macOS hardening and configuration-as-code, plus familiarity with Windows endpoint management.
- Experience operating CrowdStrike Falcon or an equivalent EDR platform.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with comfort writing infrastructure and configuration-as-code.
- Proven track record building agentic systems and a strong focus on using AI and automation to eliminate manual work.
- Ability to work autonomously, define solutions without an existing playbook, and partner effectively with employees and engineering teams.

- The role is based in the Miami office and requires in-person work four days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
