Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design the Flint product and its core workflows.
- Build and maintain the core frontend application using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Implement design systems and component libraries in Flint website templates.
- Lead user experience research sessions and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop product vision.
- Work with engineers and solutions engineers in weekly sprints to execute the vision.
- Extend Flint's visual identity across the product.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional design engineering or frontend engineering experience.
- Experience building in React.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web product design skills.
- Familiarity with AI IDEs like Cursor or Windsurf.
- An eye for great website design to guide AI in producing beautiful websites.
- Strong communication and upwards management skills.
- Comfort collaborating closely with executives and engineers.
- Excitement about working full-time, in-person in San Francisco.
