Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura components.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, Process Builder configurations, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and troubleshoot complex implementation issues.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and deployment activities using DevOps tools.
- Work with business analysts, administrators, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, customization, data modeling, security modeling, and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced customizations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is preferred; exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration platforms is preferred.
