Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve features for the company’s mission-critical systems.
- Ensure production systems meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and ecosystem integrity.
- Monitor application performance and behavior after deployment.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, promote good practices, and contribute to the technical evolution of the ecosystem.
- Contribute to team planning and propose actions that improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Solid software development experience with Go (Golang).
- Experience implementing automated tests and performing continuous code inspection.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture using Kafka and/or Rabbit.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Proactive and questioning approach to identifying process or architecture gaps and proposing solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge or interest in financial markets and payment systems is a differentiator.
- Experience with public or private clouds such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack is a differentiator.
- Knowledge of Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, or Lambda Architecture is a differentiator.
- Experience with non-relational data modeling and NoSQL is a differentiator.
- Experience with GitHub Actions is a differentiator.
