Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, reusable frontend components and shared libraries.
- Define and lead the long-term technical direction of the web platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver a cohesive web experience.
- Set standards for frontend best practices, including code quality and performance optimization.
- Drive improvements to frontend tooling and developer workflows.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools and establish best practices.
- Serve as a technical leader in code reviews and architectural decisions.
- Identify systemic problems and propose solutions with broad impact.
- Contribute to mobile efforts to ensure consistency across web and mobile.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with a focus on web.
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript, with a strong command of modern frontend architecture.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and responsive design principles.
- Proven experience building and evolving component libraries or shared UI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of web performance and optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and enthusiasm for AI in engineering.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from ambiguous statements to polished solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence technical direction.
- Familiarity with React Native or cross-platform mobile development is a plus.
