Responsibilities
- Support the conversion and modernization of existing SOAP/REST APIs.
- Design, build, test, and enhance user interfaces and application functionality.
- Evaluate application components and assist with modernization efforts that improve maintainability and user experience.
- Help design and develop a data comparison or mapping tool, including requirements definition, implementation, and testing.
- Learn the medical product configuration process and improve related tools, workflows, and processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop creative software solutions.
Requirements
- Be a current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a current master’s student, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Have foundational knowledge of TypeScript, REST APIs, AWS-native technologies, API-enabling technology, Node.js, and the software development life cycle.
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, initiative, troubleshooting ability, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience with software development tools, preferably Visual Studio, and Microsoft Office products including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Prior office or internship experience is preferred.
