Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
- Participate in team ceremonies for work breakdown, estimation, sequencing, and continuous improvement.
- Develop new application features through full-stack software development.
- Apply WCAG best practices to create inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly websites.
- Build business knowledge of applications to provide effective support and maintenance.
Requirements
- Be a current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Have knowledge of software development technologies including Node.js, Angular, .NET, MongoDB, and SQL.
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and the ability to develop creative technical solutions.
- Have computer skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Have strong writing and communication skills.
- Prior office or internship experience is preferred.
