Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Workday HCM, Security, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build test scenarios and test scripts.
- Develop test strategies and test plans aligned with requirements and ensure 100% automation coverage.
- Support biannual Workday upgrades and day-to-day defects, enhancements, and change requests.
- Execute, manage, and triage Kainos automation runs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and business teams to maintain testing quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
- Proven ability to build and execute test scenarios and scripts with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience managing Workday upgrade QA cycles and tracking test plans for timely delivery.
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements in payroll and compensation testing.
- Kainos scripting skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and ability to manage concurrent priorities.
- Availability to work in India or US time zones.
