Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance data platform applications and services using Golang, Kafka, Flink, GCP, SQL, and related technologies.
- Support applications through the Kafka design and implementation lifecycle.
- Contribute to real-time streaming, cloud infrastructure, storage, and distributed platform solutions.
- Create automation and developer tooling while supporting release management.
- Monitor platform services, identify technical improvements, and maintain clean coding practices.
- Conduct functional and performance testing and assist testing teams with quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang and/or Python.
- Experience using Apache Kafka.
- Familiarity with high-volume transactional environments.
- A track record of developing low-latency, highly available, and scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of dashboards and monitoring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with independent deadlines and deliverables.
- Competence working with Linux.
