Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams, AI champions, architects, and engineering leaders on software development projects.
- Build software applications, services, and integrations using modern software engineering practices and AI technologies.
- Gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle, including system design, test automation, build and configuration management, and test-driven development.
- Participate in mentorship, networking events, and company activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Preferred: a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: proficiency in one or more of Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
- Preferred: familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, Angular, React, modern web application frameworks, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, cloud-native technologies, DevOps tooling, test automation frameworks, industrial automation software, PLC development, and manufacturing technologies.
- Preferred: graduating in December 2027 or later and demonstrating interest in continuous software-development innovation and improvement.
