Responsibilities
- Build software applications, services, and integrations using modern software engineering practices and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams and experienced software engineers on enterprise-scale industrial automation software projects.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the full software development lifecycle, system design, test-driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management.
- Participate in mentorship, networking events, and company activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work full-time for 6–8 months during either January–August 2027 or June–December 2027.
- Preferred: degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
- Preferred: familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, Angular, React, modern web application frameworks, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, test automation frameworks, industrial automation software, PLC development, and manufacturing technologies.
- Preferred: graduation in May 2028 or later, or December 2027 if the co-op starts in January 2027.
