Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead ambiguous technical projects and establish foundations for early-stage products to evolve and scale.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems.
- Balance business priorities, user experience, and reliability when making technical tradeoffs.
- Work end-to-end on frontend, backend, and platform projects from design through production operations.
- Drive scalable architecture supporting billions in annual payment volume and real-time risk controls.
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market leads to turn ambiguous problems into software solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Fintech, payments, or marketplace experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environments.
- Ability to balance speed with rigor through automated tests, clean abstractions, and clear documentation.
- Ability to participate in architecture discussions while contributing deeply to code.
- Experience with React, Ruby, and Postgres, or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Clear communication across time zones.
