Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from requirements scoping through production deployment.
- Design APIs and data models and build frontend and backend functionality.
- Ship and improve user-facing experiences using customer feedback and product metrics.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into reliable product workflows.
- Build scalable backend services, data schemas, and operational tooling for testing, monitoring, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product and design on priorities, success measures, architecture, and roadmap discussions.
- Make pragmatic technical tradeoffs in a growing startup.
Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including delivery of user-facing products.
- Production full-stack experience with TypeScript and React or Next.js.
- Backend development experience in Python or Node.js.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs or other AI services into production applications.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS or GCP.
- Strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership, and comfort working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in a small team.
- Experience with multi-tenant or enterprise-ready systems, APIs, real-time systems, or high-throughput applications is valuable.
- Background in regulated industries or complex internal tools is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $300,000 annually.
