Base Salary
$188k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and engaging prototypes using modern front-end technologies.
- Architect prompt engineering pipelines and middleware layers so LLM-generated output maps consistently to UI components.
- Mentor engineers and designers and establish web engineering excellence standards.
- Contribute to core libraries and define organizational standards for AI product development.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define standards and integrate changes into design system and workflow guidelines.
- Bridge design goals and model capabilities by developing inventive technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, design, or related setting.
- At least 6 years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment.
- Preferred: 7 years of technical leadership experience.
- Preferred: experience with vibe coding tools including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, and Firebase Studio.
- Preferred: familiarity working across full technology stacks and production environments.
Benefits
- US base salary of $188000-$274000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
