Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and maintain solutions on the Workday Extend and Integration platform.
- Maintain and optimize Workday Extend applications and Workday Integrations.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze performance and troubleshoot technical issues in Workday applications.
- Apply Workday configuration best practices and maintain technical documentation.
- Write, maintain, and execute test scenarios for Workday new releases.
- Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience maintaining or implementing Workday solutions.
- Proficiency with XSLT, JSON, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST API, JavaScript, and Workday Extend Development.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture and ecosystems including HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, including standard and advanced reports and calculated fields.
- Familiarity with integration systems, APIs, Workday Object Transporter, Workday business processes, and enterprise integrations.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Workday certifications or training are a preferred qualification.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and independent-working skills, with the ability to work in an agile Scrum environment.
