Responsibilities
- Define and implement the security assurance program.
- Design and execute automated testing to validate security controls.
- Build and maintain a real-time Security Posture Dashboard.
- Review and optimize existing security tools for effectiveness.
- Coordinate regular external offensive testing cycles.
- Establish ownership and maintenance schedules for security technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and architecting.
- Proven technical capabilities in automation, scripting, and AI.
- Experience with offensive testing methodologies like penetration testing.
- Strong understanding of breach simulation and continuous control monitoring.
- Knowledge of cloud and SaaS security, identity access control, and endpoint security.
