Base Salary
$165k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a product surface from customer conversations and product design through API design, implementation, and rollout.
- Design and ship granular, flexible, low-latency alerting and analytics capable of meeting contractual latency SLAs.
- Build entitlement and spend-control primitives including credit balances, allocations, usage-percentage alerts, and rate limits against real-time billing state.
- Shape the roadmap, primitives, and interfaces used by other teams.
- Collaborate with product management, design, sales, and customer success and work directly with enterprise and AI customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning products or systems end to end.
- Strong product instincts, customer empathy, and comfort working close to customers and business impact.
- Experience designing APIs and data models that other teams and customers depend on.
- Systems depth sufficient to reason about real-time and low-latency tradeoffs.
- Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and influencing what gets built.
- Strong attention to detail across API design, product UX, and implementation.
