Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle for building and maintaining integrations with key partners.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering and product teams.
- Design and document technical reference architectures and integration patterns.
- Provide deep technical guidance on APIs, data models, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrations meet quality standards.
- Create technical content including integration guides and best practices documentation.
- Provide feedback from the partner ecosystem to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Partner Engineering, Technical Alliances, or Solutions Architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs and SDKs.
- Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex architectures.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to drive projects across organizational boundaries.
- Collaborative and adaptive, thriving in team settings and valuing diverse perspectives.
- Curious and eager to learn about new technologies and system integrations.
