Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and modernize the platform’s front-end foundation.
- Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-centered workflows.
- Define scalable architecture patterns for performance, state management, and API integration.
- Establish and govern a formal design system, reusable component library, and application-wide design standards.
- Optimize large data grids, reporting views, and multi-entity workflows for clarity and speed.
- Build scalable pages and modular React components.
- Own front-end initiatives end to end, including task breakdown, estimation, risk identification, cross-team communication, and delivery against sprint and roadmap commitments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap and system-level architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, launches, and customer-facing materials.
- Mentor front-end and full-stack engineers on UI craftsmanship, usability, and design quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on front-end development experience using React or a comparable modern framework.
- Experience architecting scalable front-end systems and design systems in production enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and shipping complex, data-dense B2B SaaS applications.
- Ability to design workflow-heavy interfaces with strong usability, performance, and audit considerations.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills for defending architectural and UX decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with financial, regulated, or audit-driven enterprise software.
- Preferred: experience modernizing legacy front-end architectures within multi-module platforms.
- Preferred: advanced proficiency in Figma or comparable tools, including design-system governance.
- Preferred: experience integrating analytics, experimentation, or AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.
